Orders & Payments
You can order your juniqua equipment quickly and easily online. Below you will find all the details about ordering.
How to order?
- Select the products you want to order and add them to your shopping cart.
- Carefully review your cart before checking out.
- Confirm your order and select your payment option to finalize the order.
- Once paid, you will receive an order confirmation within a couple of minutes.
How do I cancel or change my order?
If you have placed and paid an order and would like to change it, please contact us immediately within 2 hours by WhatsApp or calling us at +31 6 251 24 344. If later, the order may already be shipped.
What if I have entered an incorrect delivery address?
Please contact support within 2 hours. We are not responsible for any losses if the address was incorrect and not corrected in time.
The price of an item has been reduced since I placed my order.
We cannot reimburse price differences after an order has been placed. Our prices may change based on trends and promotions.
Why have I not received an order confirmation email?
Check your spam folder and payment status. If you haven't received a confirmation within 2 hours, and the payment was processed, contact us via our contact form, chat or email.

- Netherlands: 1 day
- Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland: 2–3 days
- Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Slovenia: 2–4 days
- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain: 3–5 days
- Finland, Norway, Poland, Sweden: 2–6 days
- Bulgaria, Greece: 4–7 days
- United Kingdom: 3–6 days
- United States: 5–7 days
Shipping Schedule
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 13:00 CET are shipped the same day. Orders after 13:00 are shipped the next working day.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.
My order was sent back to the sender.
Undelivered packages are refunded (excluding shipping). To receive the goods, please place a new order.
Can I change the address of my package?
Once shipped, use the confirmation email to adjust the delivery location or date with the carrier.
My order has been shipped but not yet delivered?
Check the track & trace link. If it’s overdue, contact us via our contact form, chat or email.
My parcel has been damaged.
Refuse delivery if the package is visibly damaged. Otherwise, take photos before and during unpacking and contact customer service immediately.
Return Policy
You have 30 days to return items in unused condition, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Shipping costs are at your expense.
How do I return my order?
- Email shop@juniqua.com with product info and invoice.
- If eligible, you’ll receive a return form.
- Include Part B in the box; attach Part A to the outside.
- Ship the box with a trackable and insured method.
- Keep the receipt until refund confirmation is received.
Why is returning at my own cost?
To reduce environmental impact. We encourage informed shopping through detailed sizing and support.
When will I receive my refund?
Returns are processed within 5 days of arrival. Refunds follow within 14 days, depending on your payment method.
I want to exchange an item for a different colour or size.
We don’t offer exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item.

Warranty
We offer a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty for kites and boards. Apparel and accessories are not included, but statutory rights apply.
Not Covered:
- Non-material/workmanship-related damage
- Commercial/rental/instructional use
- Sunlight, poor storage, or misuse
- Second-hand purchases
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
General Warnings
Use juniqua gear at your own risk. Ensure proper training and follow all safety instructions before use. Improper use may result in injury or death.
Maintenance
Dry gear after use. Don’t store it wet. Lubricate metal parts. Repair damage immediately or consult a shop or contact us.
How to claim warranty or request a repair?
Email shop@juniqua.com with your original receipt. If bought through a retailer, bring your clean and dry gear and receipt to the store.
